2018 Purebred Connemara Filly. HWSD N/N. Grey from Bay. Cora is a big, correct filly with exceptional movement and temperament. She is everything we hoped for as breeders. She is inquisitive, kind, bold and unflappable. Cora completed 60 days of professional training during the summer of 2021. Cora has been retained.
Cora's sire Wildwych Wily Casanova (Bunowen Castle Ri x *Rudgeway Silver Filigree) was imported in utero from the UK, and now resides at Blackwing Connemara Ponies in LA. Sly is accomplished in the open jumpers, was the Champion Stallion at the 2011 Midwest Connemara Breeders Show, Supreme Champion and Champion Stallion at the 2019 ACPS Region IV Show, and has made apperances both on TV (NCIS New Orleans) and in the Lovebirds movie.
Cora's dam, Wildwych Giselle (*Glenormiston Billies Bay x *Glenormiston Roscrea), was born in Colorado of Australian imported stock. See Giselle's page.
